Treatment of patients with iatrogenic injuries the biliary tract is most difficult and important section in hepatobiliary surgery. When analyzing causes, it was found that 70–94 % cases this type injury observed during cholecystectomy. We present a rare clinical case development secondary cirrhosis due to trauma tract. This caused long-term suffering for patient further complications cirrhosis, specifically portal hypertension. The latter repeated recurrent profuse bleeding from varicose veins esophagus. use minimally invasive transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt procedure first time Udmurt Republic particular relevance solving problem. has become key one abovementioned problems will preventive measure progression future.
